Depending on your chosen service, it contains the export registration certificate part II, certificate of indemnification, green card, insurance documents, payment receipt, a short explanation and our contact details. After checking the vehicle, documents and preferred export date, we provide a clear total price in advance.
We use your contact, vehicle and journey details and document availability to assess your request and handle the export. Your request is stored in our existing lead system and shared through an internal notification with the staff handling it. We do not sell your data and retain it only as long as needed for your request, administration and legal obligations. For access, correction or deletion, email sales@voltvroom.nl. Do not send identity document copies or national identification numbers.

Yes, registration is available separately. Driving on public roads may require insurance, a valid roadworthiness inspection and recognition of the plates. Discuss your transport arrangements with us first.
